Fun & Fit Functional Fitness provides Occupational Therapy and Personal Training services to children and young adults of all abilities. Specifically, our focus is on improving coordination, endurance, strength, and sensory processing skills through functional movement and sensorimotor exercise. We provide a safe and fun learning environment for your child to engage in fitness and therapy, all while gaining important skills. We provide one-on-one sessions for individualized therapy, as well as group fitness classes to improve social skills.
