Our initial business will target the State of Arizona. With research and feasibility studies we are enthusiastic and confident that today and Arizona is the right time and place to launch our business. Clear to Close is founded by Mario Nevarez Jr and Jannette Nevarez. Both with a combine experience in the loan industry of over 35 years in both retail and wholesale lending serving people of color, Latinos and Veterans.
