Sensei Daniel's classes offer the reality-based self-defense and fighting skills of modern hand-to-hand combat systems with the character building and meditative qualities of traditional martial arts for both children and adults. He teach stand-up punching and kicking, throws and locks, and grappling and ground fighting.
Sensei Daniel teaches a well-balanced combination of Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Kempo Karate with elements of Jujutsu, Aikido, MMA and modern self-defense methods. The art focuses on the tactical and practical application of traditional martial arts principles, with techniques which are designed for realistic self-defense situations.
