Make your reservations! Chef Christopher Collins is excited to announce a brand-new lunch special at two Common Ground Culinary concepts. Coming to both The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, and Collins Bros. Chophouse is a lobster roll that is only available when you dine-in for lunch on Fridays. Beginning at 11am on October 6th, the Maine Lobster Roll will be available on a first-come,-first-serve basis while they last!

Flying in fresh lobster from Maine each week, these mouthwatering lobster rolls cannot be missed. This roll uses Noble Bread’s locally made New England Pan Roll, a house made Old Bay aioli, shallots, celery and butterleaf lettuce, and is served with Collins Slaw for just $28.

Just a few steps away from Collins Bros. Chophouse, Sweet Provisions has unveiled two new Halloween inspired ice cream flavors just in time for the holiday. Starting off with “The Candyman”, this spooky flavor takes malted ice cream and mixes in classic Halloween candies like Snickers, Heath Bar, Butterfinger and M&Ms. The second new flavor is “Boo Scream Ice Cream” which blends Orange Cream stuffed chocolate Oreo’s and fudge into vanilla ice cream. Both Halloween inspired flavors are only available for the month of October. Try them both if you dare!
