Stand up and wave hooray for summer hours at the Phoenix Zoo starting Thursday, June 1!
To keep our animals, staff and guests comfortable in the higher temps throughout the summer we will being shortened hours on Thursday June 1 through August 31! Still, plenty of time to head out the Zoo, enjoy the animals, experiences and cool off in the two splash pads daily!

Video of Auggie, the Andean bear credit of the Phoenix Zoo. Auggie can be found in the Forest of Uco, usually high up in a tree! Andean bears are arboreal and are great climbers. Auggie also loves to cool off in his pool by taking a refreshing dip!
