The Sedona North Pole Santa Experience
Experience the magic of Christmas in Sedona. A once in a lifetime evening of enchantment with Santa Claus awaits families at the North Pole.

This is a luxury, personalized event. There will only be 15 children per showtime as to provide the most personal, unique, and one-on-one experience available. Ticket prices reflect the personalized nature of this experience.
The Sedona North Pole Experience have come together with some amazing & talented people and businesses to bring to you a once-in-a-lifetime, meticulously detailed North Pole Santa Experience in one of the most beautiful landscapes, Sedona Arizona. Families will experience a true-to-life Santa with a real beard and exquisitely designed Santa suit, his wife Mrs. Claus in her beautiful red dress accented with white fur, and some friendly North Pole elves in their custom elf-wear.
Once your tickets are booked the experience begins… First, general admission families will receive a beautiful gold invitation from Santa Claus himself sent to your home to put up for the whole family to look forward to. Our honored VIP guests will receive a luxury ticket.
The countdown then begins….
Before the date of your experience arrives, you will be provided with an entire preparation itinerary that will outline the experience for you and let you know about accommodations, parking, shuttle services, ride share, and more!
Once you arrive at the North Pole, you will be greeted by a North Pole Elf who will guide you to the check-in location. Upon check-in your family will be provided with your official North Pole map, your gold tickets for admission, and you will be greeted by our head elf to take you on the first step of your journey.
Families will be guided through an enchanted forest by the North Pole’s head elf to reach Santa's Workshop. Children will be brought into the workshop where Santa will be waiting in his gorgeous red velvet & gold chair to greet each child and spend personal time with each of them. While your child visits with Santa, a professional photographer will take a commemorative photo of your child/children with Santa & Mrs. Claus. (This digital photo will be emailed to you weeks after the event). Santa will be presenting each child with a very special magical gift to ensure that Santa can visit your home on Christmas Eve.
Once children have met with Santa, an elf will guide them to the workshop tables where letter writing to Santa will take place. Each child will have time to write his/her letter to Santa, put it in an envelope, and be guided by an elf to place it in the North Pole Mailbox. Each child that writes a letter to Santa will receive in about 2 weeks a gorgeous, personalized Santa Letter from the North Pole. Every child will also experience 1 fun craft experience in the workshop to take home and then will be guided by an elf to Mrs. Claus' Gingerbread Café for hot cocoa and a decorated Christmas cookie with Mrs. Claus and our Hot Cocoa Elf. From here, children will be escorted by Mrs. Claus herself into Santa’s Lodge where the children will have a magical elf story time around the fireplace.
At the completion of the story time, our honored VIP families will be taken outside for their commemorative photo with Santa Claus.

EXTRA'S AND ADD-ON'S TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
Our gift shops and hot cocoa bar/bakery will be open for the duration of each showtime and guests may purchase additional add-on’s for their child’s Christmas experience. Parents and families will have the opportunity to purchase our general admission ticket or a VIP ticket. Please read ALL TICKET TYPES thoroughly before purchasing. Upgrades to VIP Admission can only happen by calling us directly at 928-862-2898 within 72 hours of your originally booked tickets. VIP admission is extremely limited.
