Grimaldi’s Spring Menu Brings Fresh Flavors and Seasonal Ingredients
Blooming with new dishes, cocktails, the Garden of Flavors menu captures the essence of Spring
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is welcoming the arrival of spring with its seasonal menu, Garden of Flavors. Available March 8, the limited-time menu highlights the simplicity of in-season ingredients like fresh asparagus, cherry tomatoes, red pepper infused honey and more.

Garden of Flavors seasonal menu items:
Bacon & Asparagus Pizza with Spicy Honey, Pesto Pizza topped with asparagus, bacon, and red onion, finished with a drizzle of red pepper infused honey.
Springtime Crunch Salad, Arugula, asparagus, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, red onions and Gorgonzola cheese tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.
Caramel Coconut Cheesecake, Caramel cheesecake on top of an Oreo® cookie crust, topped with caramel glaze and toasted coconut. Finished with a chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.
Basil Mojito, Myers’s Platinum White Rum, fresh basil leaves, cane syrup and lime juice shaken and served over ice with a lime wedge and basil leaf.
Mint Julep, Tin Cup Whiskey, fresh mint leaves, cane syrup and bitters shaken and served over ice with a sprig of mint.

The Garden of Flavors menu is available for dine-in, carryout or third-party delivery. In addition to the new Garden of Flavors menu, new additions to the cocktail menu include a rosemary gimlet, available year-round.
Grimaldi’s dining rooms and outdoor patios remain open while guests can also place carryout orders via the mobile app, online, by phone, or delivery orders through Grimaldi’s website and third-party services.
