EAST VALLEY VETERANS PARADE (DRIVE THRU)

The parade entries will be stationed along the parade route and then spectators will become the parade as they drive by them! Come view from 11am-2pm.  The East Valley Veterans Parade Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit group of very dedicated, military, professional and community leaders and organizers that has been putting on the East Valley Veterans Parade since 2006 to honor our community's military veterans, active military and their families.


VETERANS DAY & ROYAL AIR FORCE WEEKEND AT THE AIRBASE ARIZONA MUSEUM

Bring your favorite veteran to the museum on this important day of appreciation to all veterans past and present. Amid exhibits covering 100 years of military aviation, museum guests will discover inspiring stories of service to country. Docent Bill Querhn will also give an educational presentation at 11 am which is free with regular admission. Includes ceremony with partner organization Army Aviation Heritage Foundation AZ Chapter and additional Huey helicopter. We are a Blue Star Museum -- active duty military are admitted free.

Other key attractions are a nearly four-story tall Christmas Tree and Santa’s sELFie stations.
