The Pumpkin Patch at Apple Annie’s Orchard
Pumpkins are important part of fall and journeying into a pick-your own pumpkin has become a family tradition for us and enjoy coming to Apple Annie's every year. The pumpkin patch itself has pumpkins of different sizes. We skipped the hayride and decided to walk to the pumpkin patch where we found the biggest selection of pumpkins growing on the vine! We found endless rows of beautiful pumpkins, from mini pumpkins to extra-large! The kids enjoyed picking the right one for each and we can't wait to decorate or carve them.
Hayrides to the Pumpkin Patch
You can take the wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch and get a mini tour of the beautiful farm with the surrounding scenery of mountains.

It would not be fall without a trip through the largest corn maze in Arizona
We grabbed a passport and took the corn maze challenge as a family. We challenged ourselves with "Your Movies/Music/TV Passport, a 10-question per topic and 10-corresponding signs located throughout the maze. We answered the questions as we came upon the number in the corn maze. If we answered the questions correctly, we would either hear right or left to look for the next challenge question till we found our way out. Several options of levels to choose from.
Arizona Some Helpful Hints and Tips:
- The maze path is packed down dirt, so its highly recommended to wear closed tow shoes but not required.
- Use the bathroom before entering the corn maze! You never know how long it can take you to get out.
- Bring water through the maze as the weather changes and could get hot as you find your way through.
