With Christmas spirit in full swing, N Scottsdale-Paradise Valley and the surrounding areas are bustling with life. One of the better-known holiday icons are the Christmas lights. Here is a roundup of my favorite light displays in the N Scottsdale-Paradise Valley and surrounding areas.
November 30th - December 31st
Christmas Forever is presented by the Pratt Brothers Entermazement. An immersive nighttime spectacular that includes computer programmed lights, music, pyrotechnics, characters, and video projection. A must see magic experience.
November 26th - December 31st
Witness Fairmont Scottsdale Princess transform into an enchanting winter wonderland during their Ninth Annual Christmas at the Princess festival November 20, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The Princess is the perfect destination to create holiday traditions and make holiday memories your family will cherish for years to come. Christmas at the Princess is open nightly. November 29th - January 11th
Imagine 1.5 million lights decorating more than 16 blocks of downtown Glendale. The glittering city of Glendale is just that this year and has grown to be the largest light display in Arizona with free admission. This spectacular light show was also named the Best Kid Event in the state last year
McCormick Stillman Train Park Holiday Lights
November 29th - January 5th
The unique train ride offers a festive journey through the railroad park to admire a lighted Christmas tree and an array of lights throughout the park. Santa will also be attending this event for further entertainment. Tickets start at $2 each for children under three.
November 27th - January 19th
Fun for the whole family, this longtime beloved Phoenix event captures the holiday spirit once again with its newest attraction: Music in Motion featuring "Wizards in Winter" but Trans-Siberian Orchestra synchronized to 15,000 lights.
World of Illumination of Lights
November 20th - January 5th
Illumination is the country’s largest drive-through animated holiday light show experience, featuring millions of brightly colored lights masterfully choreographed to your favorite holiday songs In addition to the drive-through light extravaganza, Illumination includes a marketplace filled with interactive activities for kids, arts and crafts, and visits with Santa. It’s a magical experience that will ignite your holiday spirit!
