Have you been to Pangaea Land of the Dinosaur at the Arizona Boardwalk? If you have a dinosaur lover as do I this might be the highlight of their adventure!

More than 50 giant, animatronic dinosaurs flap leathery wings, snap their jaws, screech, roar and have bellies that inflate/deflate with "breath" at Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs.

We traveled to each dinosaur and collected a stamp as we learned and explored about all the dinosaurs.

Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs are big dinosaurs! They move blink and surround you everywhere. We looped the exhibit again and again, and if you have active little ones as I do the kids will like it too and enjoy seomthing new.

Kids like nothing better than a make-and-take craft and well us parents get to sit down and rest on nearby benches. Pangaea Land of the Dinosaur has low-tech station, kids chalk over an etching of their favorite dinosaur with one or multiple colors and bring home a prized keepsake for the refrigerator.

5 reasons to visit Pangaea:

1. The dinosaurs. Of course! They're big, they move, they blink. They're taller and shorter than you.

2. The staff and tour guides. The jauntily dressed employees in khakis and explorer hats were animated, funny, good with kids and weren't in a rush to move on before answering questions about when certain dinosaurs lived, what crests on their heads may have been used for and what they ate. Super fun employers!

3. Pangea. The inside is just dark enough to be mysterious but not so much that you must search for your little one who ran on ahead in the jungle-like setting. Red, green and dark blue spotlights shine from dark exposed ceilings above a primeval forest below.

4. Touch friendly. Although the dinosaurs are roped off and staff doesn't want kids pawing all over the dinosaurs, they are surprisingly tolerant of gentle taps on their rubbery bodies.

5. Etching station and more . Kids like nothing better than a make-and-take craft and parents get to sit down and rest on nearby benches. At this low-tech station, kids chalk over an etching of their favorite dinosaur with one or multiple colors and bring home a prized keepsake for the refrigerator.
