Halloween 2021 will be here before you know it! Whether your kids are toddlers or teens, here are some favorite Halloween trunk or treat events for your family to check out during October. More events will be added as information is received.
Going door to door for tricks and treats is fun, but it can be tiring for little ones. So skip the neighborhood crawl this Halloween and check out one of the Trunk-or-Treat events in the Arizona area. (Or, if you’re all about the candy, just do BOTH!)

Trunk or Treat Desert Mountain Park

Enjoy all of your favorite activities taking place including carnival games, escape rooms, food vendors, nerf wars and more. Trunk or Treat provides a safe environment for families to enjoy an inexpensive evening of Halloween fun in a festival atmosphere. Children trick-or-treat by going from car trunk to car trunk on “Trunk or Treat Street” to get their bag filled with goodies.
Trunk or Treat Paradise Valley YMCA

Scottsdale Annual Halloween event is equal parts trunk-or-treat and party. This year’s festivities include candy (of course), crafts, carnival games, a spooky maze, and inflatables. Best of all, everyone gets in for free! Get more details here.
Spooktacular Car Show

Classics, Hot Rods and Corvettes Judged Care Show. Proceeds to benefit the Gilbert Historical Museum. Judged show with lots of awards!
Trunk & Treat this year for the kids so bring some “pre-wrapped” candy to share if you would like.
3rd Annual Trunk or Treat Mesa
Date: Saturday, October 23, 2021
Time: 4:00PM - 7:00PM
Address: Jacob's Mission Community Center, 7830 E University Dr., Mesa, AZ
All children and youth in attendance will be offered a costume, then we will have each family go to our back acre to go from booth to booth together as a family (they will only move on to the next station when family before them has finished and we will disinfect area before next family arrives). When families are done with booths they will move on to the food section and from there, the family will go trunk or treating from one car to the next until they are all done and they will then leave.
Treat Street: Trunk or Treat at Illuminate Community

North Scottsdale United Methodist Church

This event will provide an opportunity for our neighbors to enjoy a free, COVID-safe and friendly trick or treating experience. All families are invited to DRIVE-THRU the NSUMC parking lot beginning at 4pm. The passengers will be able to catch sight of the festive holiday trunks and friendly costumes. After passing all of the trunks, each car load is invited to collect one over-sized goodie bag before the exit the parking lot onto Scottsdale Road. NSUMC is offering goodie bags to the first 200 vehicles. Click here for more information.
