Spook Alley with Uptown Jungle N Phoenix

This is a community event for businesses to promote themselves and for local families to have fun trick or treating in a safe, friendly environment. The event will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the Uptown Jungle Phoenix (10630 N 32nd St. Phoenix, Arizona 85028), and on Friday, October 29, 2021, at the Uptown Jungle Phoenix (10630 N 32nd St. Phoenix, Arizona 85028). Businesses will be able to reserve a table space and participate in a table decorating contest along with handing out treats and promotional material. Guests will have the chance to vote for the most decorated table and the winning business will get a prize. During the event, participants will be guided through the park, passing each table on their way to the end. 

This is the opening year of this community event; we are excited to have you join us. While participant attendance numbers cannot be guaranteed, the expected attendance is over 500 families.

Table space reservations are on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $30.00 for one night/location, $40.00 for one night/location with access to electricity, $50.00 for both nights/locations, and $60.00 for both nights/locations with access to electricity. All table spaces will be marked off, numbered, and assigned by the event staff. In most cases, tables are not provided and must be six feet in length or less. Vendors have exclusivity of product/service to avoid industry competition.

The parks will open for set up at 5:00pm each night and the event will be open to the public from 6:00-8:00pm. Vendors/Exhibitors may not break down or remove their tables until 8:00pm. Vendors are responsible for bringing in and setting up their own table, decorations, treats, and promotional material. Some assistance may be available if required. All promotional material must be family friendly. 

Personal sound systems at tables are prohibited unless all emitted sound is contained to the individual table space. If a vendor holds a raffle, the winning ticket/name can be made by event staff over the public address/sound system.

No alcohol, drugs, or guns are permitted at the event.

If a vendor or exhibitor violates these event Rules and Regulations, they will be immediately dismissed from the event and no refund given for their table fee.
