Moms Groups Offering Friendship and Support

These groups are a place for Moms to get together with or without their children. The groups can be a place for Moms to socialize, learn, talk and play and make friends with other moms in the area.

FIT4MOM Stroller Strides

FIT4MOM is a nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

MOMS Club International

Is a support group designed for at-home mother. Provides a variety of activities for you and your children, and your choice of at-home mothering for your families. 

Moms on the Move 

Education and support for moms with babies ages 0-12 months. Sponsored by Scottsdale Healthcare, with weekly meetings at Shea Boulevard and Osborn Road campuses. Babies welcome. 

MOPS: Mothers of Preschoolers 

Mothers of Preschoolers is a group of moms with young children banded together to share their lives and parenting journeys. MOPS has expanded in the community to include moms with school-aged kids. 

Mothers of McDowell Mountain Ranch 

MMR is a non-profit women’s organization, providing support and community for mothers with young children in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Membership is made up of all kinds of moms – some stay-at-home, some work full-time, and others work part-time or work from home. 

Paradise Valley Moms of Multiples 

Support, education and social opportunities for moms of multiples living in the north Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Meetings the first Thursday evening of each month. Annual dues: $25. 

Scottsdale Parenting Group 

Scottsdale Parenting Group is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that provides educational classes to parents of pre-birth through adolescents. Classes are broken down by age group and taught by qualified, professional instructors who are leaders in their fields of nursing, child development, child education and family counseling. SPG also offers outside social events such as Mom’s Night Out, playgroups, evening workshops and other fun events. First class is always free.

North Phoenix Parents Group

North Phoenix Parents’ Group (NPPG) is a fun-filled organization for parents and children in the North Phoenix area. Originally founded in 1997 as Desert Ridge Parents' Group, NPPG focusses on families with infants through early elementary school. NPPG offers play dates, family events, Mom's & Dad's nights out and so much more. There is something for everyone to enjoy with most events conveniently taking place in and around our wonderful Desert Ridge Community.
