With the crisis happening around us we are being advised to practice social distancing. The impact this is going to have on our local small businesses is huge, but here are ways we can help.
There are several ways you can continue to support your favorite small businesses during this trying time:
- Purchase gift cards now to use later
- Comment on their Facebook and other social media posts
- Share their social media posts
- If your child is enrolled in any extra-curricular activities, don't cancel. Instead, take advantage of makeup classes in a month or two when this all settles down
- Support locally-owned restaurants who are offering home delivery or curbside pick up
- Write Facebook reviews
- Write 5-star Yelp reviews
- Write Google reviews
- Say Thank you!
