During these uncertain times we are all feeling some sort of stress or anxiety. Instead of focusing on the negative news around the world I wanted to compile a list of positive things that I have seen that can help brighten your day.
- Families are playing outside
- Families are taking walks
- Businesses and homes are putting Christmas lights to spread joy
- Radio and TV stations are getting in the Christmas spirit
- Parenets are slowing down enough to spend time with their children and family
- Churches are live streaming fo that people can hear the word from the comfort of your home
- The community is gathering to support small businesses
- Virtual reading time, field trips and learning fun
- Random acts of kindness
- Healthcare workers continue to forget about themselves and place themselves on the front line to protect our loved ones. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🤗
I realize this is teaching us to slow down, be in the moment and take advantage of the extra family time this is giving us. Let’s focus on the positive as we will get through this together.
